Thankfully, during the pandemic, it became clear that technology can be a powerful asset that boosts patients’ engagement. Here, telemedicine’s true potential hides many future-oriented ideas such as instant direct payments, a well-organized care continuum and seamless digital interactions with real-life implications.
If you opt for telemedicine, you usually get the same service quality for a lower price. Medical providers can save lots of operational costs including rent, personal hygiene supplies, expensive equipment or transportation costs when they switch to telemedicine.
